Please help! I have a race this coming weekend and I havent be able to play for some time. I found the injured three weeks ago playing football is wrong ball, knowing every time I kicked the ball with the instep or laces i have a sharp pain in my left ankle slightly. I know it's no problem with the bones, because it's when I run a fine or to give a pass, but it hurt me to play the shoelaces.

It is the big toe below, you put on when the foot pressure on the ball as part of the operation. What can I do for treatment? It has in a few months, so I am hurt for about a week and a half from the rest of its run, and now I started a painful back. Any idea what the problem is? Thank you, I just new shoes, they are well adapted to the big foot ball, my hurt, my toes in their own

I got my heel that hurt, and it advanced the ball to my feet, sometimes occur in my toes. Has been going on for about a month or so, I do not know why ….

About 4 weeks ago, I played football on a hard surface and my thigh. I jumped up from my left foot twisted my right foot kicked the ball and landing at the same time, in my right foot twisted. Landing immediately after I have my hip joint pain shooting. I stopped playing football for a week, everything feels good. I started training in my legs at the top of the shooting pain in a few minutes, then come in very well, I have not been able to participate in any sport, but I can not jog or pull my foot in my hamstring stretch. I have tried everything, ice bath, ibuprofen gel, massage, and a good rest. Please help!

I do not, t know what happened i didn't jump things, I can first of all I want to know is that my feet were in pain .. my big toe on the ball what might have any suggestions? It feels like a thorn prick terrible pain. Just think that when I put it the weight or push it. I do not, in my foot i t what the checks, but I will try to soak things
