Open Question: What running sneakers would be good for someone with foot pain?

I want to give you a few miles a week 5 times, but I can not find IM notes that this is a comfortable shoe. I think I have heel spurs, because I began to suffer with me and my heel pain in the ball, and then arch it go. It hurt me when I walk limping. Is there a particular sports shoes, you can help? Especially when I work, and run?
