Open Question: My sore toe and ball of feet? Normal?

My foot and knee problems where my ankle when I put my feet to relax. This is not a big problem in fact than many other pain followed … Recently, when I bend the foot, like, the real pain is not my big toe. My feet hurt and pain the ball away. I do not think I need to see a doctor so I should ice or heat. Thank you:)
