Open Question: Bottom of my foot hurts when I run on my toes?

It is the big toe below, you put on when the foot pressure on the ball as part of the operation. What can I do for treatment? It has in a few months, so I am hurt for about a week and a half from the rest of its run, and now I started a painful back. Any idea what the problem is?
